Stephanie Morris

Stephanie Morris serves as Chief Financial Officer for The Specialty Alliance, where she leads the organization’s financial strategy, stewardship, and performance across a rapidly growing national, physician-led specialty care network. She partners closely with executive leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure fiscal discipline, scalable growth, and transparent financial alignment that supports physicians, practices, and enterprise priorities.

Before joining The Specialty Alliance, Stephanie served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Physician Compensation at GI Alliance, where she played a key leadership role in financial operations, enterprise budgeting, and performance reporting. She was a key contributor to the successful Cardinal Health transaction and led transformative improvements to compensation processes, financial accountability, and data-driven insights that strengthened organizational alignment and increased physician satisfaction. Her earlier career includes progressive leadership roles in healthcare workforce optimization and financial strategy, where she drove multimillion-dollar savings initiatives, implemented scalable operating models, and developed analytical tools that informed clinical and operational decision-making.

Stephanie is known for her strategic mindset, operational rigor, and ability to build trusted partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lindenwood University.
