Nathan H. Walcker

President

Nathan (Nate) H. Walcker is president of The Specialty Alliance, with responsibility for enterprise strategy, operational execution, and business growth.

Nate has deep experience leading complex, physician-centric healthcare services organizations through periods of strategic transformation, operational optimization, and long-term value creation. Most recently, as Chief Executive Officer of Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS), one of the largest independent community oncology platforms in the United States, he led the organization through historic growth, innovation and strategic evolution. Central to his tenure was the execution of a multi-year enterprise transformation and launch of a captive management services organization, that was acquired in 2025 through a strategic transaction.

Prior, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for FCS and the American Oncology Network following a career in healthcare investment banking with the Global Healthcare Investment Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Nate serves on the board of directors for several healthcare organizations, including as an independent director for ATI Physical Therapy and Protocol, a behavioral health company focused on supporting cancer patients.

Nate earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
