Josh Peck

Josh Peck is the Chief Operating Officer where he leads enterprise operations and execution across the organization. In this role, Josh is focused on strengthening alignment, improving operational consistency, and supporting scalable growth that advances physician leadership, practice performance, and high-quality patient care.

Josh brings more than 20 years of experience across healthcare operations, finance, and organizational growth, with deep expertise supporting physician-led organizations at scale. He is known for his disciplined, solutions-oriented leadership style and his ability to translate strategy into practical execution that works in real-world clinical and operational environments.

Prior to joining The Specialty Alliance, Josh served as Chief Development Officer of Solaris Health, where he helped guide the organization’s strategic and organic growth from its founding in 2020. During his tenure, Solaris grew into the nation’s largest independent urology network, supporting more than 750 urologic providers across 14 states before partnering with The Specialty Alliance.

Earlier in his career, Josh spent 14 years with MEDNAX, holding roles of increasing responsibility across business development, mergers and acquisitions, and practice integration. He also served as Director of Practice Integration for American Anesthesiology, where he led onboarding and operational alignment during periods of rapid expansion.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
