Josh Peck
As Chief Development & Transformation Officer, Josh Peck leads The Specialty Alliance’s M&A and Growth functions, overseeing national expansion through a strategy that includes organic growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, de novo service line development, real estate and ASC opportunities, and strategic joint ventures. His expertise has been instrumental in advancing The Specialty Alliance’s evolution into a modern healthcare partnership organization that strengthens physician leadership, expands access, and aligns growth with long-term clinical and operational excellence.
Peck brings over 20 years of experience across healthcare, finance, organizational growth, and transaction strategy. Before joining The Specialty Alliance, he served as Chief Development Officer at Solaris Health since its founding in 2020. Peck was instrumental in shaping the strategic and organic growth strategy at Solaris. Solaris grew into the nation’s largest independent urology network with over 750 Urologic Providers across 14 states prior to partnering with The Specialty Alliance. Prior to Solaris Peck served as Vice President of Business Development at MEDNAX, a national provider of health solutions to hospitals and health systems, where he led the company’s merger and acquisition efforts including valuation, diligence, and post-transaction integration.
Over his fourteen-year tenure with MEDNAX, Peck held roles of increasing responsibility across business development, financial analysis, and acquisition integration. He also served as Director of Practice Integration for American Anesthesiology, a subsidiary of MEDNAX, where he oversaw practice onboarding and operational alignment during periods of rapid expansion.
Peck holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
