Greg TenBarge serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of The Specialty Alliance, where he oversees the organization’s revenue cycle management, payer relations, and financial operations across its multispecialty network. With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Greg brings deep expertise in optimizing operational performance, enhancing financial outcomes, and supporting physician-led growth strategies. His leadership ensures that The Specialty Alliance continues to strengthen its financial foundation while enabling physicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Before joining The Specialty Alliance, Greg was the Chief Administrative Officer for Envision Physician Services, where he provided executive oversight for administrative and operational functions supporting thousands of clinicians nationwide. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Network Solutions and Services for The US Oncology Network, leading initiatives that improved network integration, practice performance, and revenue optimization.

Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Arizona and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Arizona State University.
