Dina Dunn

Chief People Officer

Dina L. Dunn serves as the Chief People Officer of The Specialty Alliance, where she leads all aspects of human resources strategy, talent management, and organizational development across the national physician-led network. With a strong focus on people, culture, and performance, Dina drives initiatives that foster employee engagement, leadership excellence, and operational effectiveness throughout The Specialty Alliance. Her collaborative and strategic approach ensures that the organization continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent across multiple specialties.

Previously, Dina served as Chief People Officer at GI Alliance, where she played a key role in building the HR infrastructure for the nation’s largest independent gastroenterology provider network. Her leadership was instrumental in scaling the organization’s growth and aligning HR strategies with GI Alliance’s physician-led mission.

Before joining GI Alliance, Dina served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Conifer Health, where she oversaw enterprise-wide HR operations and developed a service-focused delivery model to support business goals. She also served as Vice President of HR Operations for Tenet Healthcare, where she was a core member of the senior HR leadership team. During her tenure at Tenet, which began in 2004, she built a broad, multidimensional HR skill set encompassing strategic planning, HR analytics, systems design, global operations, and leadership development.

Earlier in her career, Dina held leadership roles at National Energy & Gas (an affiliate of Pacific Gas & Electric) and at Booz Allen & Hamilton, where she strengthened her expertise in organizational strategy and human capital management.

Dina earned her degree from Washington Business School in Virginia and holds multiple HR-focused certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
